HER Freedom, an evening of opportunity

Join Us!

Our fourth annual HER Freedom Event: An Evening of Opportunity will be held on October 8th, 2024. This event provides opportunities to learn more about Doors to Freedom and the services provided to minor survivors of sex trafficking. Doors to Freedom is currently the only licensed residential facility for female survivors of sex trafficking in South Carolina. With limited services in our State and an increase in sex trafficking cases, it is imperative that duplicative services are established in other areas of our State.

Please join us as state leaders share about this topic. Click the invitation above to reserve your ticket!

HER Community Cares- Tradesman Brewery

On April 27th Tradesman Brewing Co. is hosting an event to support HER Community Cares Challenge. The goal is to raise $20,000. We are challenging 20 people to each invite 10 people willing to donate $100.

When you give towards the challenge, you are partnering with Doors to Freedom to provide safe places for survivors of sex trafficking to experience a transformed life.

"Their trauma has come from their community, but through this campaign, it is our goal to show HER that HER community does care, does support HER, and believes deeply she is worth it!" - Sharon Rikard, Founder & Executive Director.

25 to Give

This year's 25 to Give campaign will highlight the services offered to the young girls that we have the privilege of walking alongside. Her journey is hard, and supportive services are needed throughout her time with us. First and foremost, she needs to know she is safe and that we care. Providing safe homes for survivors of sex trafficking to experience a transformed life is essential for her healing journey.

Our goal this year is $50,000. Not only are we a faithful presence to the girls in the home, but we continue to be a faithful presence in the lives of the girls that have gone through our program. Thank you for financially partnering with us for the next 25 days as we take you along her journey to healing.

60 for 60

This month our Founder and Executive Director turns 60! All she wants this year is 60 gift cards with the value of $60 to be able to take the residents of Doors "scooter pooping".

What exactly is scooter pooping?

Great question! Scooter pooping is when you bounce around the town shopping and hanging out. And our residents really do love scooter pooping while looking at different stores, getting ideas for their rooms, and just hanging out with staff.

Want to be a part of 60 for 60?

Let's make this the best birthday she has ever had!
